Personal data we process

We process personal data that you provide to us directly, or that we receive through our trading partners. This includes:

• Name, job title and company name
• Business contact details (email, phone, address)
• Correspondence and trade documentation
• Application data (CV, motivation letter) for open positions

Our website does not collect personal data via forms, tracking or analytics.

Why we process data

• Execution of trade and delivery agreements
• Communication with clients, suppliers and partners
• Compliance with legal obligations (tax, customs)
• Recruitment and selection of personnel

Grounds for processing

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest (business operations and trade relationships), or your explicit consent.

How long we keep data

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Administrative records are kept for the statutory period of seven years. Application data is deleted within four weeks of the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless you consent to longer retention.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement, or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude data processing agreements with parties that process data on our behalf.

How we protect your data

Froconsur takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing. Our website is served over HTTPS with security headers in line with OWASP guidelines.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not place tracking or analytical cookies and does not use profiling. Only functional resources necessary to display the page are loaded.

Access, correction and deletion

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing and have the right to data portability. Submit a request to info@froconsur.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
